I’m so excited to share that I will soon be offering EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) as part of my services.

At Kristy’s Esthetics, my devotion has always been to help others feel their best, inside and out. Adding EFT to my practice is another way I can support you on your journey of self-care, healing, and growth.

EFT is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines mindful focus with tapping on specific acupressure points, also known as energy meridian points. It’s designed to help release stress, shift limiting beliefs, and restore balance to both mind and body. Many people find it especially supportive for emotional healing, stress management, and cultivating a deeper sense of peace.

EFT is a simple yet powerful technique that supports you through life’s challenges—whether that’s stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply the weight of day-to-day pressures. It creates space for healing, clarity, and emotional freedom.

Sessions will be available in person, by phone, or via video call, so you can experience the benefits of EFT wherever you feel most comfortable.
